Why can't Beforepay detect my income?
Why can't Beforepay detect my income?
Updated over 3 months ago

You will need to have at least 2 recent and consecutive salary payments from your employer in order for us to detect your income.

To do this, our system scans the incoming transaction in your bank statement to determine which transactions relate to your salary. This will help us determine your eligibility to Cash Out using our Pay On Demand™ service.

In order to detect your salary, your salary payments need to be:

  • Regular i.e. you are paid monthly, fortnightly or weekly

  • Consistent i.e. you are paid the same amount each time.

  • Identifiable i.e. the description of your payment transaction must verify that it is your salary.

  • Go into the primary account connected to Beforepay, and must not be a savings account.
