I missed a repayment. What do I do?

Updated over a week ago

We understand life happens. If you miss a repayment on your Pay Advance, don’t stress — we will automatically reschedule your repayment to be debited on the next pay day that falls within your loan term.

If funds become available in your nominated bank account before the rescheduled repayment date, we reserve the right to debit your account for your missed repayment, as per your agreement with us.

To avoid any further missed payments, you can choose to repay early.

You can repay via PayID — see our help article 'How do I use PayID' for details.

Please note it can take up to 2 business days for your bank to settle your repayment with our system.

Tip: Sometimes a failed repayment will appear on your bank statement. Don’t worry — this doesn’t mean you were charged. Your bank will automatically reverse the transaction, but it may take a few days for the reversal to show.
