How do I unblock my account?
Once your account has been blocked, you’ll be automatically sent an email informing you of the block.
Tap ‘unblock account’ in the email. You will be redirected to Beforepay.
Tap ‘edit’.
Re-enter your email address.
You will be sent a new one-time code.
I never received an email to unblock
If you haven’t received an unblock email, reach out to the Beforepay team at support@beforepay.com.au.
I received an email to unblock but didn’t request it
If you did not try to sign in to Beforepay, please flag the email as suspected fraud and contact us at support@beforepay.com.au, so we can help keep your account safe.
