Influencer Promo Referral Code Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
From 6 November 2021 to 20 December 2021 (“Promo Period”), social media influencers selected by Beforepay (”Influencers”) will display their respective Beforepay promo referral code: [B4payChloe] [B4payJosh][B4payKaitlyn](“Promo Code”) on their Instagram account. The Promo Code may be used by existing and non-existing Beforepay users to receive 100% off the transaction fee on their first Cash Out with Beforepay (“Campaign”).
Influencer Conditions
To be eligible to participate as an Influencer in the Campaign, individuals must be over 18 years of age and an Australian resident.
By participating as an Influencer in the Campaign, Influencers agree to be bound by these Terms.
Promo Code Conditions of Use
3. Users may use the Promo Code once within the Promo Period to receive 100% off the transaction fee on their next Cash Out with Beforepay (representing 5% of the amount of the Cash Out).
4. To use the Promo Code, users must:
Be over 18 years of age and an Australian resident.
a. Create an account with Beforepay and sign up for Beforepay’s Terms of Use.
b. Sync their nominated bank account to the Beforepay app.
c. Have not previously Cashed Out with Beforepay.
5. Users who have previously Cashed Out with Beforepay will not be eligible to receive 100% off the transaction fee on their next Cash Out with Beforepay.
6. Once registered with Beforepay, users can enter the Promo Code in their Beforepay profile settings.
7. Once the Promo Code has been entered into the user’s profile settings in Beforepay’s app, 100% off the transaction fee will be automatically applied to the user’s Beforepay account for their next Cash Out.
8. By using the Promo Code as part of this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
9. Users agree to adhere to the rules, regulations and community guidelines of Instagram when participating in this Campaign. Beforepay reserves the right to remove any comments that do not adhere to the Instagram rules, regulations or community guidelines.
General Conditions
10. Beforepay retains the right to, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or modify these Terms to be effective immediately upon the uploading of the updated Terms to the Beforepay website.
11. Beforepay reserves the right to modify or cancel this Campaign at any time.
12. Beforepay reserves the right to reject any Promo Code user or cancel a Promo Code user or Influencer’s participation in this Campaign without notice. Without limiting the circumstances in which it may do so, Beforepay may exercise these rights under the following circumstances:
a. It believes an Influencer or Promo Code user is acting in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading manner, or in contravention of any laws or regulations.
b. an Influencer or Promo Code user’s conduct is in breach of any of Beforepay’s terms, conditions and/or policies, including these terms.
c. Beforepay closes a Promo Code user’s account.
d. Beforepay believes the security or quality of the Beforepay app or related services is or has the potential to be threatened or compromised.
e. Beforepay believes that an Influencer or Promo Code user’s conduct may be detrimental to the reputation of Beforepay or its related entities.
f. A Promo Code user has unpaid fees or charges, or dishonours on their Beforepay account.
g. A Promo Code user is not eligible for Beforepay’s products and services.
13. All personal information collected from Influencers and Promo Code users will be used in accordance with Beforepay’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website via this link: https://www.beforepay.co/privacy/.
14. If you wish to make a complaint to us or dispute any an aspect of the Campaign, please contact us at support@beforepay.co as soon as possible. All complaints and disputes will be managed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
15. These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW.
16. Any reference to dollars or ‘$’ is a reference to Australian Dollars (AUD).
