Of course you can! You can contact the Beforepay Customer Support Team between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week, via an email to support@beforepay.com.au. We get it, if you're contacting us you are in need of something, fast. We strive to respond to you within minutes and resolve your query as fast as possible.

If your enquiry specifically relates to Beforepay's Compare & Save utility switching service, contact support@billswitch.beforepay.com.au.

We currently provide Customer Support online only. This helps us keep all your records in one place, efficiently track the progress of your enquiries, and continue to provide the Beforepay community with our service for super low costs. It’s a win-win!
