Between 18 October 2024 to 5 November 2024, Beforepay is undertaking a Referral Research Survey (“Survey”) comprising an online survey for the purposes of understanding how to improve the customer experience with Beforepay. The Survey will close at 5pm AEDT 5 November 2024. To participate in the Survey customers must agree to be bound by these Terms.
Personal information collected from customers as part of the Survey will be used in accordance with Beforepay’s Privacy Policy.
Beforepay will offer a $100 gift voucher to one participant in the Survey. The recipient of the $100 gift voucher will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Beforepay. To be eligible for the $100 gift voucher, customers must have submitted their responses to the Survey by the closing date.
You are not guaranteed to receive a gift voucher. The recipient will be notified via email. Beforepay shall have no liability for the recipient's failure to receive the gift voucher due to the recipient's spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the recipient's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
No cash or other gift voucher substitution or transfer/assignment of the gift voucher to others is permitted.
To be eligible to participate, customers must have been selected and invited to participate via email invitation.
Beforepay does not accept any responsibility for responses to the Survey not received by Beforepay.
Customers confirm that responses to the Survey are original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Beforepay retains the right to, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or modify these Terms to be effective immediately upon the uploading of the updated Terms to the Beforepay website.
Beforepay also reserves the right to cancel the Survey if any circumstances adversely related to the Survey arise beyond the control of Beforepay.
If you wish to make a complaint to us regarding an aspect of the Survey or to dispute the outcome of the Survey, please contact us at support@beforepay.com.au as soon as possible. All complaints and disputes will be managed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
