• Between November 2021 to January 2022, Beforepay is undertaking a Product Market Fit Survey and Interview (“Survey & Interview”) comprising an online survey and telephone interviews of existing customers for the purposes of understanding how to improve the customer experience with Beforepay.

  • Personal information collected from customers as part of the Survey & Interview will be used in accordance with Beforepay’s Privacy Policy.

  • The Survey & Interview does not involve any elements of chance. Customers will be selected to participate in the telephone interview based on the substance and merits of their individual responses to the online survey.

  • To be eligible to participate in a telephone interview, customers must give their prior consent to the interview being recorded by audio and/or video by Beforepay for the purposes of accurately recording the interview responses.

  • Beforepay does not accept any responsibility for responses to the Survey & Interview not received by Beforepay.

  • Customers confirm that responses to the Survey & Interview are original and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Beforepay retains the right to, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or modify these Terms to be effective immediately upon the uploading of the updated Terms to the Beforepay website.

  • Beforepay also reserves the right to cancel the Survey & Interview if any circumstances adversely related to the Survey & Interview arise beyond the control of Beforepay.

  • If you wish to make a complaint to us regarding an aspect of the Survey & Interview or to dispute the outcome of the Survey & Interview, please contact us at support@beforepay.com.au as soon as possible. All complaints and disputes will be managed in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
